OUR STORY
It all started with a matcha and yap!
What began as a conversation between two coaches quickly became something much bigger.
A shared vision, a mutual love for matcha, a belief in what's possible, and a question that changed everything... "What if we just went for it??".
And well, that's how Growe was born.
Two Coaches, one shared vision.
With backgrounds in coaching and a shared passion for personal growth, wellbeing and helping women see what's possible, we knew we wanted to create something together.
We shared the same values and vision, so we started asking ourselves what we could create if we combined our strengths.
We practiced what we preach.
At first, we thought we'd host a one-off event. But then we asked ourselves, what could happen if we actually backed ourselves and our idea?!
Instead of waiting for the perfect moment, we decided to take our own advice, jump in with two feet and create Growe.

From Idea to Reality.
Growe was first an idea in June 2025, officially launched in November 2025 and hosted its first experience in Nottingham in February 2026.
What started as a conversation over a matcha (or MANY matchas!), became something real, bringing women together through our pillars - educate, empower and connect.
What Growe means today.
Today, Growe is about creating meaningful experiences that give women the space to invest in themselves, connect with like-minded women and explore what's possible for their lives. Through wellbeing, connection and personal growth, we want every woman who joins us to leave feeling inspired, empowered and ready to keep becoming the woman she wants to be.
